Meet Noelle

I’ve travelled the path you’re on - searching for what enlivens you, your sacred pulse. As a teen, I knew I wanted to be a writer and help people learn and grow. I also knew I needed to learn more about the world first. I trained as a journalist and worked in the media, but always wanted to delve deeper into people’s stories and help them figure out how to live more fulfilling lives.

I moved into communications, but kept searching for what I felt called to do… until, one day I realized it was a combination of write, learn, teach, and heal… for me and others!.

I trained as a spiritual alignment coach and studied reiki and therapeutic touch. Learning body, mind, and spiritual practices, how to heal with the arts, and how to do energy work transformed my life.

I now live by my sacred pulse and have created the time and space to complete my first novel, which is about a woman’s journey. I love to share healing skills I learn through workshops to help you as a mid-life+ women clear what gets in your way so you, too, can connect to your sacred pulse and lead your most soul-satisfying life!

As you make your one-degree turns toward your own happiness, you’ll stop being part of humanity’s problems and become part of the solution. -Martha Beck, “The Way of Integrity”
